Parties and Accountability in the Philippines

Gabriella R. Montinola is assistant professor of political science at the University of California, Davis. Her current research interests focus on economic development, interest representation, and the causes and consequences of political corruption. She has conducted extensive field research in Southeast Asia and Latin America, and has recently returned from a research trip to the Philippines.
