Abraham F. Lowenthal

Abraham F. Lowenthal is the founding president of the Pacific Council on International Policy, an independent, nonpartisan international leadership forum. A professor of international relations at the University of Southern California and a vice president of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, he was also the founding director of the Inter-American Dialogue, and before that, of the Latin American Program at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C.
